Coloring helps us to de-stress because when we focus on a particular activity, we focus on it and not our stresses. Coloring generates wellness, quietness and also stimulates brain areas related to motor skills, the senses and creativity. Coloring sheets, crayons and pencils will be provided.
Local authors – indie, self-published, aspiring, and mainstream – can now create ebooks and share them with readers across the state and potentially across the country using free tools provided by Minnesota libraries.
